≪Japanese Udon noodles≫
This is my lunch .
Japanese Udon noodles ,which is a little bit thicker than Japanese Soba noodles.
We dip it to a special soup made of soy sauce and bonito and so on.
It's better by adding Japanese leek (Japanese green onion) or ginger into soup.
(In the case of Soba noodles ,we add Japanese horse radish)
Udon is made of wheat flour .
After being kneaded ,cut into stripes.
It's not impolite to make slurping noise when we eat.
